Bronco, make sure you do any pre-surgery exercises you are assigned. I am recovering from Knee Replacement (5 weeks out) and doing the pre-surgery exercise was some of the best advice I received. Don’t be in a rush when healing. It is major trauma and your body needs time to heal. Wishing you well.
