March 23rd and still 12stone 11lb, I have to get serious now and get this 'problem' under control. Wedding in July and now a hols booked for May....how do I feel? TBH a bit indifferent, so I will take it one day at a time, plan no further than the end of each day and go from there. Exercise is the only thing stopping me gaining and if I am being honest about all of this I am using it as an excure to eat more when I know I should be using it as a tool to aid the weight loss..also I have those little demons in the back of my head telling me that I am going to be starving all the time and it is those which I have to ignore...or try my hardest to ignore......we'll see how I get on - starting at 1800 cals a day - off we go...........
