Well, it's been a day of binging on Fringe (Netflix) and not so good food. Hubby was called home on on Thursday for a family crisis and he's the cook in the family. Hubby's father is in advanced stages of altzheimers and is dying. Is it wrong that I wish F in L would drift into a peaceful slumber and not wake up? I don't know what tomorrow's weigh-in will hold but I'll be happy with a maintenance weight. In the meantime, I'm having another glass of wine and will toast the man I knew. Here's a raised glass to a kind and compassionate man.
