Finally got some much needed sleep last night! At 10:00 I drank some hot tea with a little milk in it and at 10:30 I took two tylenol pm. I slept till 10:00 this morning!
Well till 9:00 before the kids started coming in but I was in and out till 10:00.
Husband made breakfast and watched the kids for me. I soooo needed that.
Hope to get my yoga in and a 30 min walk away the pounds when the baby goes to sleep. Until then I need to get some cleaning done.

Sweet! I bet that felt good to get some ZZZ's finally! Good for hubby helping out! You need a break sometimes! Have fun with your yoga! I think I am going to do some pilates today.
