No junk food for 3 days. No exercising (except Bar Method) since Monday to help my ankle heal. How can you stay off of your feet when you have 5 children??

I know what you mean, and I only have 3!! Had knee surgery at the end of March and had to stay totally off the leg for 6 weeks!!! I don't know what I would have done if it weren't for my awesome hubby!!! :-) Hope the ankle gets better soon!!!
