Good Morning friends,Day 3 of re induction.Down 1 pound so at least the scale is moving in the right direction..:).Had a drink last night..I know not allowed,but hubby brought it for me without thinking.We won 2 games bocci last night,so now we are tied 3 ways for second place with only two weeks left.Veggie nc 15 yesterday.I know for a fact that I was over eating the jicama before.Now that I am weighing everything, I am in control of portions.Hubby thinks its funny when he sees me with the food scales,but he is proud of my accomplishments so far and pretty much eats what I do.He actually thought my mashed potatoes where potatoes,Heheheh....He still has his pasta once a week.Going to try and talk myself into going dress shopping today. later friends nonna
