Once again I did not get much sleep. I was awake reading and watching tv till 1:30 in the morning and when I did finally fall asleep I had a crazy dream. I don't remember much but it was like one of those movies that one person enters the other and they twist and mold into the other person. I woke up tense and with my head tilted back and to the side with my mouth and face all scrunched up. Still feeling like I was in a dream.
I forced myself up at 7:30 and made myself stay up in hopes that tonight I might get some better sleep.
I also did my 45 min yoga and I have decided at least until I am sleeping better and feeling more rested that I am not going to do Jillian and just stick with my yoga and 30 min Walk away the Pounds in the evenings.
I like the idea of just doing yoga and a little cardio and I think this will be a life time workout for me.

Sounds good! I hate not sleeping. It makes the day so much harder to get through. I am 31 and still have wake dreams...I "think" I have woken up but I am actually still dreaming...so I have had snakes, spiders, and weird looking flying objects in my room, and on my bed...I crush the "spider" and open the curtain or blanket expecting to see a big mess, and nothings there...(maybe I am just a little crazy :P) Life time is the way to look at this that's is for sure!

I have those Leslie Sansone Walking workouts too and I love them! Its a good low impact cardio workout. Tell us how it works out after the yoga, and I hope you sleep better tonight. You might try upping your calories a smidgeon if nothing else works. Sometimes when I have been having sleep problems it ends up being the fact that I am under eating by too much for too long. Also,I occasionally use a supplement called melatonin, its natural and it won't totally knock you on your butt but it helps you relax on those nights your brain won't stop thinking. You might try it if you want to. Dreams are funny! I had a really weird funny dream the other night! ok you're going to think I'm a freak but here goes: I dreamed I was swimming in a pool, and for some reason I decided to eat a can of sardines(in a pool..hmm? XD) and when I opened the can they WERE ALIVE and jumped out of the can into the pool and swam around! HAHA They were the size of large trout too and the can was smaller than a deck of cards! I laughed when I woke up. My brain is crazy.
