And I'm back to where I was two days ago, before the sweet potato chips! It just goes to show that by not catastrophising and thinking I've ruined all my progress, then binging because "I may as well, it's not like I'm ever going to reach my goals, I should just give up", I am still on track. I feel no guilt or regret for indulging a craving, and I personally find this very helpful. I don't believe in "bad" foods, there are no foods I can't have, there are foods I eat less often and in smaller portions. That's it. 💚
