Well I did it yesterday! I hit 40 lbs lost! Woot Woot. It has been quite the journey. I really love to eat, so this is a constant challenge for me. But it is all about portion control, moving more, and having healthy choices around. You don't have to be perfect every day, but make a lifestyle change. I am so happy to reach this milestone. I am now 4.4 lbs from my WW goal to make lifetime and 10 lbs from my stretch goal of making 50 lbs lost. Someone asked me what the trick was. I said, Track, Move, and never give up! I would also add, sleep and reduce stress.
