I haven't weighed in since August of last year, and I've put on a few pounds. A lot of that right now is water weight. My feet are so swollen and sore and I definitely chalk some of the weight up to the menstrual cycle. It'll be nice to see that going down steadily here in the next few weeks!! Must get back on track!!!!!
