So I must’ve accidentally deleted my journal article the other day. I’m going to try and make sure I post a comment and my weight every day. It seems that when I subconsciously felt more accountable when I had to reach out to my coach daily, I did better staying on track food wise. So I’m going to try to do that here on FatSecret.
