OK, maybe someone out there in interwebz land can help me.
Im trying to figure out why when I eat a meal with 18g of fat and 60g of protein my little tri color calorie breakdown wheel says im at (for example) 45% fat and 30% protein.
How is this possible? What am I not understanding?

Fat has more calories than protein - generally - so your pie chart is showing the calorie distribution.
