After much consideration about which diet I'm going to stay on, I've decided to go back to my weight watchers and do the point system, just hope it works as well this time as it did when I lost he 20lbs in 2010. It is much easier for me as I know it so well. But will stay on fatsecret and still record everything. I'll stay on Atkins for a few more days and see how it goes and then make a definite decision.
Didn't go for our walk today, the smell of smoke is heavy in he air and not good for breathing. It got worse later in the day so I never did go out at all. Hope tomorrow is better as I have things to do.
