We are home and doing much better. He had a bad asthma attack that kicked off a bout of stomach flu. He is telling anyone who will listen how cool the ambulance ride was lol. They gave him some meds to stop the vomiting and he's improving.
Ok I am ready for some peace and quiet for few days.
All I had to eat was stuff from their lounge so toast crackers and juice mostly. My stomach is bloated and crampy and my joints ache. It's amazing how much better this diet has made me feel. I guess I didn't realize how much until I didn't do it for a few days.
I am sure the scale will be horrific so I will wait a few days.
Hope everyone had some great successes and dusted themselves off and started over if they didn't. Missed you all!

Glad everything is coming together now. He must be feeling much better using his "bragging rights"! You will get the bloat out soon, no worries. Packaged snacks are loaded with salt. Remember when we used not to even notice how bad food effected us until we started eating healthier.

I am glad everyone is on the mend. While we don't have quite the drama you had, I am on round two of sickness here as my son has gotten better but my daughter is now down with a nasty bug. Be good to yourself and you will get back on track in the next couple days. :)

I know how hard it can be when illness hits the house (and seems like every single person living in it)! You are in our thoughts. Do your best to stock up on some fresh fruit or veggie snacks as you get your insides back in shape. It's hard to think about what's good for you when your little folks need you so much. Take care!

Good news. Thanks for letting us know. I've dealt with asthma. It seems to come and go in a 10 year cycle. Exercise and being lean certainly helps. Hope it's all settle now for you.

Glad he is better, hopefully that will be the end of the sick kids and Mom. Asthma can be scary in kids.

Hope you had some well needed rest last night. Trying to grab some sleep in a hospital is rough!

Praise the Lord! Good to hear he is doing OK. I think visits to ER and hospitals sabotage diets more than anything else that I can think of. And you are right; they are exhausting. Hope you both get rested and everything continues to get better.
