Why does it seem so much harder to behave and do what I'm supposed to do in the summer? Too much camping, vacationing, and partying I guess! LOL! Well I'm back, and I'm gonna try this thing called weight loss one more time!! I have been having a great time this summer, I just need to learn to balance better. I have a physical the first part of September and it sure would be nice if I could manage to be lighter than I was three years ago when I was there last!! I know three years is too long between appointments but time just got away from me. I think I weighed like 227 at my last appointment so if I could do really well for the next 6 weeks or so I could be down 27 pounds from the last time!! That would be awesome!! So I think that should be my goal to be at or under 200 pounds by September 2nd. Anyone think thats doable? I hope so, but I also know its gonna take alot of hard work and dedication!! But I can do it!! Have a great Wednesday and sorry I haven't been around much lately, life just keeps getting in the way!!
