New week,new day..I have let myself relax a little too much in the past couple of weeks.Now its time to take charge again and get-er-done.Back to measuring and weighing my foods again.Starting to have a problem with portion control.That's one of the things I know I have to control.No more nuts for a while.When they are in the house,they're my go to snack.For me to follow this woe,I can have no snacks.If I snack I don't eat my regular meals.Not good.Also have to lay off the martinis.They are tasting tooo good lately.Even craved a beer over the week-end.Didn't have it..Been lazy about exercise.Back to the gym tomorrow.
Sorry about all the whining friends,but when I put things in black and white,I seem to stick to it better..

Love your picture! And yes, we all have to regroup sometimes. Many of us (like me) have to do it almost weekly. You know what you have to do and you will do fine!

Nonna, I'm with BuffyBear. I have to regroup pretty regularly. Otherwise I let myself slip, which leads to the fall from the wagon. And it just to darned long to get whatever weight gain that might entail back off.
