New week,new day..I have let myself relax a little too much in the past couple of weeks.Now its time to take charge again and get-er-done.Back to measuring and weighing my foods again.Starting to have a problem with portion control.That's one of the things I know I have to control.No more nuts for a while.When they are in the house,they're my go to snack.For me to follow this woe,I can have no snacks.If I snack I don't eat my regular meals.Not good.Also have to lay off the martinis.They are tasting tooo good lately.Even craved a beer over the week-end.Didn't have it..Been lazy about exercise.Back to the gym tomorrow. Sorry about all the whining friends,but when I put things in black and white,I seem to stick to it better.. Have a good evening friends... nonna
