So I was 194 last week. I had a 7lb weight gain overnight. I talked to my wellness instructor at the Y. She said that was a huge amount to gain so quickly but ask about water? It has been 112 here all last week and I was drinking maybe 2 bottles of water at most all day. She said my body sucked all that water and held it so to keep me cool. I am just not use to this heat.

Last night I ate salsa and cheese and chips at 11pm. I hadnt eaten much all day and splurged. I dont feel guilty about it but I need to realize that it should not happen again. I also have been drinking so much that my pee is clear and I go every 5-10 mins. I also took a few days off last week from the gym. I normally dont but was terribly weak and my body hurt. I listened to it.

This week I plan to do 360 minutes at the gym. 60m a day for 6 days. Sunday I plan to rest by the pool, in the pool and down the water slide :) I plan to track my food on myfitnesspal and stay within 1500 cals.

I will try to weigh in only on Mondays. I record only on Mondays but I weigh in daily. I am getting a bit obsessive about it so I will try to change that behavior. I have a lot of stress going on right now so I have a lot more OCD behaviors coming out. This week I also plan to have a yard sale and lemonade stand, get the rest of the clothes washed from before we moved, stain the entertainment stand, finish staining the table and get the house cleaned and unpacked. So not too much at all. Lol.
