Last week I only worked out one day and eating was alittle off. don't feel like eating was out of control but with no exercise,I'm sure it didn't help. Back to it, only to strict on carbs till vaction and be carefull whille on vaction. don't want to undo my loss. ugh, I don't know why I am such a yo yo. I was at 143 at the beginning of this month and could possibly be under or close to and so once again kicking myself. just pick myself up, brushed off the bad and start again.

We all have those moments. I went through the weekend without doing a real workout. Yeah, I did housework and played some with the kids, but nothing too hard. This morning I did a short workout and thought I was gonna die, but I did it. I'm sure you can do it, just keep going! Good luck!
