I went to the Dr. today for allergies and weighed myself. I found out that my scale is off by 2 lbs, not the 5 I original thought. So... I didn't lose as much as I thought, plus I gained a couple lbs. I really, really need to get back into my exercise groove. I cannot go back. NO WAY!! :)
