Weight was up as anticipated due to eating pizza yesterday for Father's Day Celebration. I actually only had 2 glorious pieces but it doesn't take much pizza for me to RETAIN water!! I WILL NOT record my weight today and hold out for a few days...hopefully I will get it down some.
I rode 6.1 miles on the recumbent cycle and did my stretching exercise for my back. Really tough to get back into the swing of things this morning.
