Ah another work week ahead. Been working extra, extra late and taking Fridays off plays hell with my workout schedule but those 3 day weekends in the summer r nice and too good to give up. I am looking forward to the fall though it is my favorite time of year. Can't wait to give the bday report in November holding on to hope of big changes and looking forward to fitting in rollercoaster seats again. And going to watermarks and all that fun stuff I ate myself out of doing for the past 6 years. What the hell was I thinking.

So much life to live, and we give up on ourselves, we stop caring - and yet we really do care. You are doing a fantastic job...
