Put on weight due to friends visiting us & going to the pub for dinner. Ate later than usual. It was a lovely meal though & even though my calories were low (below 1400) I still put 1.5lb on. That’s ok, I will make up for it today with less calories and exercise - I will not let this beat me down !
82.1 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You probably haven't completely digested the pub meal before your weigh in, plus different salt levels may have encouraged some water retention. I usually find my weight goes back to normal 48 hrs after I eat out.
