My friend picked up lunch for us today from BK. I wasn't expecting it, but ate the freekin' whopper with cheese and medium fries down to the last fry. Guess I'm done for the day. Work stress is at about a 9.

It's funny, isn't it? We all are drawn to junk food. I guess it hits the dopamine reward system and we cannot resist.
