Happy Saturday Friends, Had a great day yesterday with 2 of my grand daughters(4&6),who I hope sleep in,at least until I have my coffee.I had plenty of exercise with them and made some new memories.Picnic at the park and then played with water balloons,water gun blasters,and slide.Yes they got nonna wet!To relax we played barbies,I had to be Ken,did some coloring,read a couple of books and had a "tea" party with my best espresso set.Even with such a full day, they still didn't crash until after ten last night. Being busy with the girls, I didn't cook,Salad for lunch with deli turkey and cheese(picnic),girls wanted chicken legs(wings)for dinner so I had another salad.Not a problem,love my salads,But I had to use deli turkey as my protein so to much salt.Hands are swollen and super bloated.I know it's just from the salt.I see lots of water today for me,and no salt.
