Homemade jalapeno boat with a thin layer of cream cheese, spinach, chopped tomatoes, and cut bacon on top. Total was 3 jalapenos. Tomato juice drizzled over bacon and put in the over for 30 minutes on 425. I cannot for the life of me let Skim Milk go.

Ah probably not but I overheard a gym buff say all milks bad for you. I'll have to do further research on that though.

That looks pretty good. I read your bio and see you are fairly new here. So welcome - there are so many inspiring people on here. Keep logging your food, be calorie deficit at the end of every day and you will continue to drop. Just trust the process. Have fun 😊
