Is a goal to lose 1kg per 3 weeks realistic? I'm not on any specific diet, just calorific deficit, around 400-500 cals less than maintenance? I feel so bad for "only" losing a kg in 4 weeks, but at least I didn't gain, and I also feel that it might be more sustainable? slow and steady wins the race?

More than realistic! 0,5kg a week is a good average :)

Hi there. If I may, half a kg per week is generally the recommended rate for various reasons. If it is true fat loss then it is plenty. Like you say, slow and steady wins the race.
