I'm training for a 5k in October. It has done wonders for my mental/physical/emotional health. I've been consistent since June! Consistency is what I struggle with so badly.
My shins are killing me from running in an uneven field recently, so I'm trying to keep going with an exercise bike I found on the side of the road with a sign that read "FREE! Still works". Lucky me. 😊
