I could not do that without the help from watermelon, canteloup and pumpkin! best pumpkin recipes I made up bake a pumpkin, let cool. scoop out the meat and put it through nutribullet or food processor and add with that about a half cup low fat coconut milk and 1 Tbs Swerve. blend for a few minutes. it tastes like pumpkin mousse. add spices and no fat whipped cream and you have pumpkin pie! by itself about 50 calories per cup!
