These last few days have been a rollercoaster on the scale. As you all know I weigh myself everyday so I can keep myself accountable. One day I am up one pound and the next back to the pre weight. I eat the same kinds of foods, but arrange them differently if that makes sense. I eat my veggies or fruit first, and then the rest of my meal. So far it helped me stay full and focused. Still hitting the gym five days a week, and doing a cardio video a couple hours later. I feel great!! My muscles are pretty sore so they are probably holding on to more water right now. I have started meal prepping so that keeps me from mindless eating. Stay focused everyone, and you will get to your goal!! Almost to 150!!!!!!!!!!

You are doing great Shorttie, I weight daily myself and yes the scale can mess with your mind and fluctuate as much as 4 lbs in a day that is why I do my "official: weight of Friday. Just keep up the hard work.

That's why I waited another day to see if it would go back up before reporting it. I wish I could just weigh myself once a week, but I guess I am obsessed with knowing. I know what you mean about the four pounds. I used to get discouraged by it, but now I know that means I have to drink more water to help flush out more. lol. Not kidding though eat about a cup of raw veggies or fruit before the meal, and you won't eat as much. Try it ;)
