Thanks for the comment! I believe 7 minute workout is an HIIT, am I correct? If so, that's what I have been doing but it has not been steady. I need to do it more.
As for the intake, I do mostly agree. One of the biggest items on my list is lowering my carb intake, since I'm italian I feel its all I eat. I try to find ways to include veggies instead to fill me up/replace most of it.
