I feel I did pretty well on watching my calories yesterday..but that's all I seemed to have done. If I were to follow LAWL guidelines, I needed to have another fruit, another starch and another 2 proteins! Yep, 2 proteins...and that's the most important I think. Not sure how to approach this. Do I go LAWL all the way or I watch the calories. If I were try to do both, it's going to take up a lot of time which I don't have a lot of. I need to get back on track. What to do??? What to do???

If I had added another protein it would have probably brought me close to 1500 calories which I should be doing. I thought I would try the zig zag approach to maybe get my system going. 2 days of 1184 then 1 day of 1500,back to 2 days of 1184, etc. No I didn't get exactly 1184 but 1200..was close and really low for me. I'm going to try hard today to do the same but not sure if I'm strong enough. We'll see.

I seem to be asking all these questions, when there's no one really listening to me!! HA HA!!

Hey Bren..I just read your comment! LOL!! I didn't know you had posted. Thanks for the encouragement but my patience just isn't there right now. I want it off!!
