Good morning!
I have a lot of energy this morning :D Probably because I ate a lot of carbs yesterday and didn't work out. Whoops. Actually it was an off day to recover from the ultimate tournament this weekend. I couldn't even walk very well so I figured a day off was deserved. I was also enjoying the freedom that comes with a calorie counting diet over a carb counting diet. It was kind of like, "Oh, I don't feel like making dinner... spinach dip and pretzels??? Yes please."
I just wanted to clean up everything last night too. There's still a lot of work to do in the apartment but it's coming along. Having the BF move out is kind of like me moving in because I get to spread my stuff out every where and deep clean like I did when I got there. It's revitalizing. Which is good since I thought it would just be really sad.
So, I woke up still sore but with lots of energy. Yoga was clearly my best choice! Now I can walk again :) I'm hoping to get a little walk in at lunch and clean some more tonight. Have a HUGE list of chores building in my head. My mental energy is soaring after a whole weekend of eating carbs again. Om nom nom nom nom nom.
Well, I guess I better go because I am rambling like a crazy girl. Haha!
