ate too much today :(
Been wanting to run but havent been able to wake up early enough.
Texas heat + running outside = no beuno
It is 90 degrees by 9 am and doesn't hit below 80 till 5 am lol
I should just be working out inside- I really havent worked out beside swimming and b-ball for 3 weeks. wow.
I need to get back into a routine-it was just so borning and time consuming at least if im out with baby in the stroller he stays asleep. Guess I will just have to force myslef out of bed. I think it will get better once I dont have to work from 1-9pm then after dinner its 12:30 1 am before i "sleep" plus getting up with mini-me.

I wish everyone the best of luck. Keep going. I may be moving slowly but Im tracking and Im aware. I will loose this weight. I will.

Have you tried exercise tapes or workouts via the TV? If you have cable, many programs are free and easy to do. Just 20 minutes inside the beautiful air conditioning can help you get in shape!!! I've done them, and OUCH I hurt the next day. Good luck girl, you'll get there. You have to be mentally ready to go on this journey, and sometimes we make slip ups. Food addiction has gotten us here and it doesn't go away overnight.
