successfully completed 2 weeks of induction. Lost only 3 pounds but considering none was water I am ok. Still need that boost below 180. If I can register a weight in the 170's it will be a great milestone. i havent been there in so freakin long. Patients, patients, patients.
I am making life long changes. Combining my nutrition education with what works!
