Been on a binge the last few days, just stressed, but going to get back on track as I have lost 5 lbs and 23 inches in a month.

66.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg. Still to go: 5.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 1.2 kg a Week

Thank you Maine coon! Yes, this binge lasted longer than I hoped, but Monday I am back on the timed eating and doing more walking and weights. Hope you are doing good on your journey.
