No change in weight, but I did 3/4 hour at the gym yesterday and I note that my belt is in a notch today. That's my 36" belt. It was on the second hole before, so now it's on the third. That's 36" proper. As an index of change, I find that very reassuring. I'm going to try on my 37" jeans "relaxed fit jeans again later this week and see how they fit this time (after a couple of weeks). If they're a comfortable fit, it may be time to order some more. 40" trousers are fitting loosely. All my 38" trousers and jeans, however, are "comfort fit", which means that I can't tell if they're exact fit or not.
