Yes I'm out of the 190's!
Update: I havn't eaten very healthy so far today ( was out of healthy groceries) but I'm not over my points or calories either. Pretty good for a day off. Usually I nosh all day on junk. I just happy with my scale today !! It gives me the motivation I need to continue.
