bbku ko ga turun2 salahnya dimana ya teman2? ada yg tau gaaa..
pagi paling cuma makan pisang atau sereal + susu
siang makan laukk ajaa
mlm cuma ngemil buah
tp susah turunya pdhl -+ 15 mnt uda olahraga aerobik + skipping sebentar 😔
mengsedih :(
