woke up at 271 pound went to gym on empty stomach and did 5.18 miles on the elliptical burned up 906 cal total volume of food wasnt large but calories where a little high . will need a few days to process that steak . the salad was awesome it could only be better if dressing was full fat and i had added walnuts . corn was so so and i should have skipped it but i read somewhere that you cant digest it so i don't think it has to many real calories all in all it was a great tasting meal and since i am to fat i haven't got a chance to grill this year and i really do miss it i think it was a well rounded meal but i might just be trying to convince myself that it wasn't a big mistake . will be going to gym tomorrow and starting a new routine adding some new exercises and loosing some old ones ill see how it works out .
