Happy Friday FSers. I can't really log my food because I have no idea how to calculate the macros I ate today, but I didn't really eat unhealthy, save for some sweet and sour chicken. Got plenty of carbs today and a good night's rest, and I had no trouble today at BJJ. Thank you guys for your kind words, and you were totally right-it was low blood sugar.

You may need to snack right before your exercise or something like Advocare SPARK to your water bottle to drink during workouts...it does have carbs though...

Yeah that sounds like a good idea. I don't mind carbs. I realized a very low carb diet won't work out with such an active sport. I'll keep it moderate carbs on workout days and do keto on rest days. Thanks for the support HCB :)
