OH SHEET

Passed out during BJJ. Then my vision went blurry for 15 minutes. I'd better go to the doc's and see if I have hypertension/high bp. Going to put a stop to keto for now because I need the energy from carbs, especially if I'm going 3-5x a week.

I'll cut calories by a decent margin, and keep my carbs to around 40% of my diet. I hope that doesn't happen again.

I was wrestling every round without taking a break, and got caught in a few headlocks. On top of that, I was overexerting myself trying to win. Thank you.

Hope all is well and that it isn't an indication of any lingering problems. Sounds pretty scary! Glad you are alright now.
