Tenacious 1's Journal, 19 Aug 22

Hello everyone I am quite new here, I have been on a fasting diet for probably about 2 months and made great progress to start with and lost half a stone. I would like to lose another half a stone but my weight seems to have plateaued at 10 stone (63.5kg). So i thought maybe I should count my calories to see if I was eating too many. Anyway I will see how it goes. I may need to invest in some better scales mine are a little heath robinson.

I always do calories, you just have to see what works best for you, calorie counting in my experience is fine as long as the calories all count. I mean my that have healthy calories if at all possible.

If you are not walking just walk 1 hour a day and you'll be -200/300ish calories a day while eating the same - 1400/2100calories a week or about 2/3 a pound of fat. Its always better to exercise more than eat less.

thank you for your support everyone. I do try to walk daily anything between half an hour and an hour. Most days I try to do some flexibility/strength exercises or some yoga.
