Ok coupled with 30 minutes on my treadmill, I have now started doing what I call my 20p challenge, I leave 20 pennies at the top of the stairs and go get them one at a time and put them at the bottom of the stairs, doing this because am not sticking too well to my food intake i am following low calorie meals plans,but I am guilty of filling my plate a little on the high side.On the plus side the weight is slowly coming off, which is better than it slowly going on :))
