Yesterday, I didn't follow a keto diet because my friend and I got fast food. Could've made better decisions, I'll admit, but it's not the end of the world.
I didn't get fat in one day. I'm not going to lose the weight because of one day.
Anyway, looks like I have to give up whole milk... which sucks. It's too many carbs to start the day off with.
