2 oz whole grain spaghetti, spinach, tomatoes, onion, garlic & basil sautéed in a bit of EVOO. Topped with pumpkin seeds for crunch and protein. 450 calories, 21 grams protein. Yes, I eat dinner early but my day starts at 4 am.
