Found a great workout that didn't hurt my knee. I just went walking, did a pretty low step workout and arm, shoulder, chest weights. Think the knee may be healed by now anyway. I am going to try to ride the bike and see if it starts bleeding. If not, yay! 20 minutes on the bike!
