The party is over, and I'm up 2.5 lbs from where I was. I was really hoping for 231.5 tomorrow, which would put me right on track for 10 lbs a month, but I'll be heavier than that for sure. Just have to dig deep and lose this weight this week, so that next Tuesday I do make my goal of 229.0 - first 10 pounds gone.
106.4 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 42.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
