Today was a very good day ;) I scored some homemade kimchi from an old nieghbor it turns out they own a small korean food store and every now and then make some to sell. Sooo much better then store bought which is full of suger and msg. (I wont even touch that stuff) and if eaten moderately it is ok for Atkins and very good for u also.
