Great! 7lbs lost in one week of following 1300 cals a day pretty well. Now this is the thing, last year I tried both WeightWatchers (fatfighters lol) and Slimming World. Each time, I lost 7lb that first week but after that I lost enthusiasm. So from now on I will really need encouragement and this site and buddies - and it helps that this time my husband Paul is following calorie controlled diet too (up to 1800 cals) - he has this morning weighed in with me at 5lbs lighter! I am sure it is helping me stick to my calories knowing that he is, too (and we compare what we've eaten). It has also helped having Calorie Counter App, which links to this website, on my phone. Now to carry on and introduce some light exercise like walking :)
80.7 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Just don't let your calories go 'too' low! Enjoy your walking and GREAT FREAKING JOB on the losses!!! YEAH!
