maaf mba,pasti mbak diet low carbo ya?soalnya saya juga dulu diet low carbo turun 20 kg dlm 3 bulan,tapi stlh brhnti Bb naik makin berat

Olahraga saya tuh 1 hri 50 menit ,30 aerobik 20 senem lantai ,untuk ngecilin perut bun, supaya gak kendor . Jdi selama 1 minggu 350 - 450 menit olahraga air putih 3L /hri
